OUTDOORLY LONDON — TERMS & CONDITIONS Last updated: 10 September 2026 These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings and use of the Outdoorly London website and services. Outdoorly London is operated by Outdoorly Adventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16387287 (“Outdoorly”, “Outdoorly London”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms applicable at the time of booking. 1. ABOUT OUTDOORLY LONDON Outdoorly London creates and hosts curated group experiences in London, including: • combined theatre and attraction experiences; • theatre experiences; • attraction experiences; and • bespoke private experiences. We sell places on Outdoorly-organised experiences. We are not a retail ticket marketplace, and customers cannot use our website to purchase individual theatre or attraction tickets separately from an Outdoorly experience unless we expressly state otherwise. Details of each experience, including its date, itinerary, inclusions, meeting arrangements, price and availability, are shown on the relevant event page or quotation before booking. 2. MAKING A BOOKING The person making the booking must be aged 18 or over. A booking is subject to availability and these Terms. For scheduled experiences, you select the number of places required and pay the total price shown during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied when booking, including your name, email address, telephone number and number of participants, is accurate. The person making the booking is the lead customer and is responsible for communicating relevant booking information and these Terms to all other participants included in the booking. A booking is not confirmed merely because you begin checkout or a payment attempt. For online scheduled experiences, a booking becomes confirmed after payment has been successfully received and our booking system has issued a booking confirmation. You will receive a unique booking reference. Please retain your booking confirmation. 3. PRICES AND PAYMENT Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices for scheduled experiences are shown per person. Before payment, we will show: • the price per person; • the number of places selected; and • the total amount payable. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable to Outdoorly for the experience and the inclusions described on the relevant event page. Payment for normal scheduled experiences is processed securely through our payment provider. Outdoorly does not store your complete payment card number or card security code. We do not separately disclose our internal supplier costs, ticket acquisition costs or commercial margin. Bespoke experiences operate differently and are covered in Section 11. 4. WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES Your booking includes only the services and admissions expressly identified as included on the relevant event page, booking confirmation or bespoke quotation. Depending on the experience, this may include theatre admission, attraction admission and Outdoorly-hosted portions of the itinerary. Anything not expressly identified as included is not included. Customers should read the individual experience description carefully before booking. 5. THEATRE EXPERIENCES For theatre experiences, your booking relates to a specific Outdoorly group experience and performance. Where theatre admission is included, Outdoorly arranges the relevant admission as part of the overall experience. You are purchasing a place on the Outdoorly experience, rather than purchasing a standalone retail theatre ticket from us. The production, performance, cast, running time, theatre operations and seating arrangements may be controlled by the theatre, producer, ticketing supplier or another third party rather than Outdoorly. Any seating information specifically stated when booking forms part of the booking information. Where a particular seat or seating area has not been expressly guaranteed, we cannot guarantee a particular seat, row or view. You and everyone included in your booking must comply with the theatre's admission, security, age, conduct and other applicable venue requirements. Late admission may be refused or delayed by the theatre. 6. ATTRACTION EXPERIENCES Where attraction admission is included, your booking includes admission to the attraction identified in the relevant experience description. Opening arrangements, security procedures, restricted areas, temporary closures and other operational matters may be controlled by the attraction. You and the other participants in your booking must comply with the attraction's reasonable admission and visitor requirements. Outdoorly cannot guarantee that every room, exhibition, feature or area of an attraction will be available on the day where availability is controlled by the venue. 7. COMBINED THEATRE & ATTRACTION EXPERIENCES Some Outdoorly experiences combine a theatre performance with one or more London attractions or activities. These are pre-arranged Outdoorly experiences. Customers cannot substitute components or construct their own combination unless Outdoorly expressly agrees otherwise as part of a bespoke experience. Your event page and booking confirmation will identify the components included in your booking. The different components may take place at different times during the same day. 8. HOSTED COMPONENTS AND FREE TIME Outdoorly hosts or accompanies the group during the parts of the experience expressly identified as hosted. A combined experience may contain periods of independent free time between scheduled components. For example, an attraction may finish in the afternoon and a theatre performance may take place later that evening. During the intervening free-time period, participants are free to make their own arrangements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Outdoorly does not accompany, guide or supervise participants during periods identified as independent free time. Participants are responsible for returning to the specified meeting point at the required time for the next scheduled component. Missing a later component because you do not return on time does not normally entitle you to a refund. 9. MEETING POINTS AND ARRIVAL TIMES Your event details and/or booking communications will provide the relevant meeting point and meeting time. Please arrive at the specified time. Outdoorly may meet participants before the advertised theatre or attraction admission time to organise the group. You are responsible for allowing sufficient time for travel, public transport disruption, security procedures and other foreseeable delays. If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to assist where practicable, but we cannot guarantee that a venue will permit late admission or that you will be able to rejoin the group. If you miss all or part of an experience because you arrive late or fail to attend, no refund will normally be due for the missed service. 10. BOOKING CUT-OFF AND AVAILABILITY Every scheduled event has a booking cut-off. Online bookings automatically close when: • the event reaches capacity; • the booking cut-off is reached; • Outdoorly manually closes bookings; or • the event is cancelled or otherwise no longer available. Availability displayed during booking may change while other customers are completing checkout. A place is not confirmed until the booking process has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued. 11. BESPOKE EXPERIENCES Bespoke experiences operate on an enquiry and quotation basis. Submitting a bespoke enquiry does not create a booking. Outdoorly may discuss your requirements and provide a quotation containing information such as: • proposed experience title; • proposed date or date range; • group size; • itinerary; • inclusions; • total event price; • quotation expiry; and • applicable terms. A quotation is a proposal and is not itself confirmation of a booking. Bespoke quotations show one total event price. Group size may be recorded for planning and operational purposes, but the quotation price is not automatically calculated on a per-person basis. Payment arrangements for bespoke experiences are agreed directly with Outdoorly. A bespoke booking becomes confirmed only when the agreed payment has been received in full and Outdoorly issues a booking confirmation. Bespoke experiences are private arrangements and are not automatically transferable to another public or scheduled Outdoorly event. 12. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS Please consider your availability carefully before booking a scheduled experience. Because our scheduled theatre and attraction experiences are leisure services supplied for a particular date or period, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right that applies to many online purchases will generally not apply to these fixed-date bookings. Unless the individual experience states otherwise, confirmed scheduled bookings are therefore non-refundable if you simply change your mind or can no longer attend, subject always to your statutory rights and the remainder of these Terms. If you need to cancel, please contact Outdoorly as soon as possible. Where we are able to recover or avoid costs as a result of your cancellation, or successfully resell your place, we may consider an appropriate refund or other solution depending on the circumstances. Any amount retained will take account of costs and losses reasonably associated with the cancellation. Where Outdoorly agrees to provide a refund following a customer-requested cancellation, any applicable reasonable administration charge will be handled in accordance with Section 17. Nothing in these Terms removes any refund or other remedy to which you are legally entitled. 13. TRANSFERS Customers do not have an automatic right to transfer a booking to another event or another person. Where appropriate, Outdoorly may agree to a transfer at its discretion, subject to availability, venue or ticket restrictions, price differences and any other relevant circumstances. Any transfer must be confirmed by Outdoorly. Please do not assume that a transfer has been accepted until you receive confirmation from us. Bespoke private bookings cannot normally be transferred to public scheduled events. 14. CHANGES BY OUTDOORLY Occasionally it may be necessary to change an experience because of circumstances such as venue requirements, operational changes, closures, performance changes, safety considerations or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Changes may include: • meeting times; • meeting points; • component times; • itinerary order; • venue information; • instructions; or • what is included. Where confirmed customers are affected by a significant customer-facing change, we will notify them using the contact information associated with their booking. Please ensure that your email address and other contact details remain accurate and check communications before attending. We will not use a variation clause to require you to accept an experience that is fundamentally different from what you booked without an appropriate remedy. If we make a material change that substantially alters the essential nature of the experience you purchased, we will consider the circumstances and your applicable legal rights, which may include an appropriate alternative or refund. 15. THEATRE, ATTRACTION OR COMPONENT CHANGES Theatres, attractions and other third-party operators may sometimes alter their schedules, opening arrangements, performances, access arrangements or other operational details. Where a change is minor and the essential experience can still be provided, the booking will normally continue. Where a major component is cancelled or materially changed, Outdoorly will assess the circumstances, including any alternatives available and amounts recoverable from suppliers, and communicate the available options to affected customers. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where the contracted service cannot be supplied as agreed. 16. CANCELLATION BY OUTDOORLY Outdoorly may cancel an event where it cannot reasonably be delivered, including because of venue cancellation or closure, safety issues, circumstances outside our reasonable control or another substantial operational reason. If Outdoorly cancels the entire booked experience and you are not responsible for the cancellation, we will contact you about the available remedy. Where the contracted experience cannot be provided and no suitable alternative is agreed, you will be entitled to an appropriate refund of amounts paid for services not supplied, subject to applicable law. A cancellation notice does not itself mean a refund has already been processed. Where a refund is due, it will be processed separately. 17. REFUNDS Where Outdoorly approves or is required to provide a refund, it may be a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and the services affected. Where a refund arises from a customer-requested cancellation or change and Outdoorly agrees to provide a refund, a small reasonable administration charge may be deducted from the amount refunded to cover the administrative cost of processing the request. We will tell you about any applicable administration charge before processing the refund. An administration charge will not be deducted where you are legally entitled to a full refund. For card payments, refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable. The time taken for refunded funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider. A refund does not create a new booking or entitlement to another event. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. 18. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for: • providing accurate booking information; • checking the event details before booking; • checking booking emails and important event updates; • arriving at meeting points on time; • following reasonable instructions from the Outdoorly host; • complying with venue and attraction requirements; • behaving respectfully towards other participants, Outdoorly representatives, venue staff and members of the public; • taking reasonable care of your own belongings; and • ensuring that the experience is suitable for you and anyone included in your booking. You must not behave in a way that is threatening, abusive, dangerous, discriminatory or seriously disruptive. Where reasonably necessary for safety, security or the enjoyment of other participants, Outdoorly may require a participant engaging in serious misconduct to leave an experience. No refund will normally be due where a participant is removed because of their own serious misconduct, subject to applicable law. 19. ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS We want customers to tell us about relevant accessibility or special requirements as early as possible. You may provide accessibility or special-requirement information during booking or contact us before the event. Some venues are operated by third parties and accessibility arrangements may therefore depend on the venue. We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and assist with reasonable requirements, but we cannot guarantee facilities that are controlled by a third-party venue. If accessibility is essential to your participation, please contact us before booking where you require confirmation of a particular arrangement. 20. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18 The person making the booking must be aged 18 or over. Participants under the age of 18 may attend only where the particular experience and the relevant theatre, attraction or venue permit them to do so. Every participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over throughout the experience. Outdoorly does not provide childcare or assume parental or guardian responsibility for any participant under 18. The accompanying adult is responsible for the supervision and conduct of any participant under 18 in their care, including during periods identified as independent free time. Any age restrictions imposed by a theatre, attraction or other venue also apply. Customers are responsible for checking the individual experience description and any stated venue age requirements before booking. 21. ADMISSION AND THIRD-PARTY VENUE RULES Theatres and attractions may impose their own reasonable conditions of entry. These may include: • security searches; • bag restrictions; • age requirements; • identification requirements; • photography restrictions; • prohibited items; • late-admission policies; and • standards of behaviour. Customers must comply with applicable venue rules. Outdoorly is not responsible where a customer is refused entry because that customer has failed to comply with clearly applicable venue requirements or has engaged in misconduct. 22. TICKETS AND BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS Your Outdoorly booking confirmation confirms your booking with Outdoorly. It is not necessarily the admission ticket required by a theatre or attraction. Where Outdoorly holds or distributes admission tickets, we will provide instructions about how and when admission will be arranged. Do not assume that an Outdoorly PDF booking confirmation can be presented directly to a venue for admission unless we specifically tell you that it can. 23. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Please take reasonable care of your belongings during an experience. Outdoorly cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage that results from your failure to take reasonable care of your possessions. This does not exclude or restrict liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so. 24. CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL Events may sometimes be affected by circumstances outside Outdoorly's reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, venue closure, emergency restrictions, industrial action, public safety incidents or other exceptional circumstances. Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to communicate relevant information and, where practicable, consider appropriate alternatives. Your rights will depend on the circumstances and on what part of the contracted service can still be supplied. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law. 25. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU Outdoorly will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or that result from circumstances for which we are not legally responsible. If you are booking as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. 26. TRANSPORT AND TRAVEL TO THE EXPERIENCE Unless an individual event expressly states otherwise, transport to and from the meeting point is not included. Customers are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the experience and between any locations where the itinerary expressly identifies travel as independent. Outdoorly is not responsible for a customer's failure to attend because of ordinary transport delays or disruption outside our control, although we will provide reasonable assistance where practicable. 27. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS Creating an Outdoorly London account is optional unless we expressly state otherwise. Guest checkout may be available for scheduled experiences. Customers with accounts may be able to view their confirmed bookings through My Experiences. For security reasons, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Paid bookings cannot normally be cancelled, transferred, refunded or modified directly through the customer account. Please contact Outdoorly if you require assistance. 28. BOOKING CONFIRMATION PDF Customers may be able to print or save a booking confirmation PDF. The PDF is evidence of the Outdoorly booking only. It is not a retail theatre or attraction ticket unless expressly stated otherwise. The latest operational instructions communicated by Outdoorly should be followed where they differ from information contained in an earlier downloaded confirmation. 29. REVIEWS After completing an eligible experience, Outdoorly may invite you to submit a review. Customer reviews are subject to moderation before publication and are not automatically published. Submitting a review does not guarantee publication. We may decline to publish or may unpublish content where reasonably necessary, for example where it is unlawful, abusive, contains personal information, is unrelated to the experience or otherwise breaches reasonable review standards. We will not alter the substantive rating or review text of a customer review and then present the altered content as the customer's own words. Where we identify a review as connected to a verified Outdoorly booking, we may display an appropriate verification indicator. Historical reviews may be displayed without a verified-booking designation. 30. WEBSITE INFORMATION We take reasonable care to keep information on the Outdoorly London website accurate. Occasional errors or outdated information may nevertheless occur. Where information on a general website page conflicts with the specific information provided for your confirmed booking, please contact us if the difference is material. Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a guarantee unless expressly stated as such. 31. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Outdoorly London name, branding, website design, original text, photographs and other content owned by Outdoorly are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit Outdoorly-owned content without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names, trademarks, productions, venues and images remain the property of their respective owners. 32. PRIVACY We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who may process it on our behalf and the rights available to you. Our Cookie Policy separately explains our use of cookies and similar technologies. 33. COMMUNICATIONS We use the contact details associated with your booking to send important operational communications. These may include: • booking confirmations; • event reminders; • meeting instructions; • important event changes; • transfer confirmations; • cancellation information; • refund information; • bespoke quotation communications; and • post-event review invitations. These operational communications are separate from marketing communications. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and check your email, including spam or junk folders, before your experience. 34. COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to understand and, where practicable, address the issue. Contact: Outdoorly London Outdoorly Adventures Ltd Email: info@outdoorlylondon.com When contacting us about a booking, please include your booking reference where available. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any rights or remedies available under applicable law. 35. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a confirmed booking is normally the version that you accepted when making that booking. Publishing a newer version of these Terms does not retrospectively replace the version recorded against an existing booking merely because the website has subsequently been updated. Where required by law, changes will not reduce rights that have already arisen under an existing contract. 36. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. 37. NO WAIVER If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have permanently waived our right to enforce it. 38. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS Except where applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms are between you and Outdoorly Adventures Ltd and are not intended to give contractual rights to another person. 39. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights available to you under the law applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. 40.
