ANALYTICS Outdoorly London uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), measurement ID G-RN7NKR53QD, to understand visits to and use of eligible public browsing pages so that we can understand website traffic and improve the website. Google Analytics is optional. It is not loaded unless you select "Accept analytics" in our cookie choice. If you reject analytics or have not made a choice, Google Analytics is not loaded. We configure Google Analytics only on eligible public browsing pages. It is disabled on booking, checkout, booking-confirmation or booking-status, customer or account, sign-in and password-reset, administrator, quote, review and other private or unknown routes. For analytics page views, we send a sanitised public page path and public page title. Query strings and URL hashes are excluded. Public event URLs are normalised so the event identifier is not sent. We do not intentionally send customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, booking IDs or references, hold tokens, guest names, seat information, accessibility or special-requirement information, Stripe or payment identifiers, payment amounts, refund or payment status, account or authentication information, or other booking, payment or customer data to Google Analytics. After consent, GA4 may set first-party cookies including: • _ga — used to distinguish users; default expiry up to 2 years. • _ga_<container-id> — used to persist session state; default expiry up to 2 years. Google documents these as default lifetimes. Browser restrictions may shorten them, and the expiry can be renewed when measurement occurs. Enhanced Measurement is disabled. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing or advertising personalisation. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in our implementation. 9. ADVERTISING AND BEHAVIOURAL TRACKING Outdoorly London does not use advertising cookies to track visitors across websites for targeted advertising. We do not use behavioural advertising, cross-site advertising profiles, remarketing or personalised advertising through Google Analytics. GA4 is used only for consented audience and traffic measurement on eligible public pages. If we introduce advertising or behavioural-tracking technologies in the future, we will update our cookie arrangements and this Cookie Policy and obtain consent where required before such technologies are used. 10. SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS Our website may contain links to social media platforms, theatres, attractions or other third-party websites. Following a normal link to a third-party website may take you away from Outdoorly London's website. The third-party website may then use its own cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own policies. Outdoorly does not control the cookies or tracking technologies used independently by third-party websites after you leave our website. If you withdraw consent, Outdoorly London disables Google Analytics and removes first-party Google Analytics cookies where technically feasible.
